NPCI develops AI PAi virtual assistant

An AI virtual assistant, PAi is available around the clock helping users find the right information for NPCI products. Customers can ask their queries in English and Hindi, text or voice on NPCI, RuPay, and UPI Chalega websites. Through PAi, users get instant and verified answers on all NPCI products. PAi will also have international RuPay cards as well.
